Our Journey:

It began with a simple realization: the world’s most exquisite coffees were often lost in large, impersonal blends. We founded Mado Coffee to champion the singular, breathtaking taste of Ethiopia. We travel across renowned regions—Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, Guji, Harrar—to curate the most exceptional lots.

We believe in transparency, integrity, and passion. From the farmer who tends the trees to the roaster who listens for the first crack, every step is handled with respect for the craft. Our roasting philosophy is “less is more.” We aim to highlight the bean’s innate qualities, not mask them.
